Creative Director & Yoga Teacher

Lina Lopez

Kasia was born and grew up in Daytona Beach, but she has called many other places home and practiced yoga in all of them, starting in western Massachusetts back in 2004. In 2016, she completed a 300-hour teacher training in Texas and has continued learning through workshops with teachers she admires, including Alexandria Crow (YogaPhysics) and Judith Lasater. She loves teaching gentle and restorative yoga because relaxing on purpose can be surprisingly challenging, and ease can be just as transformative as effort. A lifelong overachiever with a PhD and a demanding day job, this is something she is still learning herself. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, movies, surfing, making things out of clay, and spending time with the beings she loves.
