Our yoga studio and spa is located beachside in the plaza across the street from ambros hotel, next to the Cracked Egg Diner.
The door to the north (right) of the Cracked Egg will lead you to a hallway in which you will follow all the way down to the last door on the left, labeled ambros wellness.
